The Purple Parrots have the fewest Temple Runs in the entire franchise, with 14. They also have the fewest amount of runs in any season of the original series, with Seasons 1 and 3 producing only two runs each. No team of Purple Parrots has defeated a team of Orange Iguanas in the Temple Games. In all three episodes of the original series where a team of Purple Parrots won the grand prize, the Green Monkeys, Red Jaguars, and Silver Snakes are the other three teams who crossed the Moat and competed in the Steps of Knowledge. No team of Purple Parrots have competed in the Temple Run when the artifact was in the Bottom Corner, Swampy Area or Bottom of the Central Shaft. However, they came close to doing to so in the following episodes: Bottom Corner: The Golden Goblet of Attila the Hun, The Lost Hornpipe of the Pirate Captain, The Lily-Crested Crown of Clovis I, The Melted Head of Madame Tussaud. Swampy Area: The Golden Cricket Cage of Khan, The Bonnet of Dolley Madison, The Much-Heralded Helmet of Sir Gawain. Bottom of the Central Shaft: Elizabeth I's Golden Ship, The Lucky Pot-Bellied Pig of Amelia Earhart, The Priceless Portrait of the Polynesian Girl, The Smashed Printing Plate of Frederick Douglass, The Good Luck Watch of Empress Eugénie. In all four episodes where a team of Purple Parrots took 1½ Pendants of Life to Olmec's Temple, the other half pendant would be seen hanging on an actuator in any room. This was the first team to enter the Temple Run in the CW reboot. They are also one of the only two teams to win the grand prize in the CW reboot (the first being the Red Jaguars). The Purple Parrots also have the honor of being the final team to grab onto the artifact and win the grand prize in the CW reboot (and the franchise overall). The Purple Parrots are tied with the Orange Iguanas for having the fewest victories in the entire franchise, with four each. The Purple Parrots have won more tiebreakers in the CW reboot (two) than in the original series (one). Because of that, they are the only team to win more than one tiebreaker in the CW reboot. Temple Layouts XII-XV are tied for having the most pre-reboot Temple Runs performed by the Purple Parrots, with two each. The Purple Parrots have never successfully completed the Temple Run with 1½ pendants. They did, however, manage to grab King Tut's Cobra Staff. The Metal Beard of the Egyptian Queen is the only episode of the original series where the Purple Parrots competed in the Temple Run with less than two pendants and won the grand prize. The Purple Parrots are the only team who never had a male runner perform a Solo Run. The Purple Parrots and Green Monkeys are the only teams who never had a Temple Run where the artifact was a map (or an equivalent). The Purple Parrots are the last team to compete in the Temple Run with one pendant.
