Trivia

  • The door connecting the third column to the Jester's Court was removed due to a lack of space in the Room of the Ancient Warriors.
  • The intro is mostly the same as Season 2 but with some differences: The monkey sounds at the beginning were replaced with bats, there is a jittery camera pan around Olmec's Temple, and the logo explodes after it is formed. Kirk Fogg swings in from the right and lands on the set afterwards.
  • The gongs have a big deeper sound when rung.
  • The King's Storeroom is relocated to the shaft top room.
  • The whole "Legends of the Hidden Temple" set underwent a massive change by adding six torches to the moat, jungle animal decorations, a floor mural, and the Pharaoh's Secret Passage.
  • The Nickelodeon housefly logo is added after the Stone Stanley logo.
  • This is one of only two seasons which uses only one Temple Layout. The other being Season 4 with Temple Layout XVI.
    • Because of that, this season has the longest lasting layout of the entire show.
  • This was the last season to:
    • Be shot in SD (standard definition).
    • Have 40 episodes.
    • Air on Nickelodeon.
    • Be taped at Nickelodeon Studios.
    • Be hosted by Kirk Fogg.
    • Have 30-minute episodes.
    • Have legends based on real people.
  • The Green Monkeys have grabbed the most artifacts this season, with six.
  • The Purple Parrots have grabbed the fewest artifacts this season, with one.
