The Chamber of the Sacred Markers is a room in Olmec's Temple that existed during Season 3. The objective of this room is to match the symbols on the right to the runes on the left. Unlike its predecessors (The Heart Room, the Room of Fallen Columns, Medusa's Lair, and the Room of the Mandarin Hand), the background was different and this room had a central door (keeping the old ladder from all its predecessors). A Temple Guard can sometimes appear behind the central door leading up to the King's Storeroom when the objective is completed.

  • This is the only room located in the Center of the Temple that Olmec explains how to complete the objective of the room during his explanation of the temple.
  • In some episodes, the central door will slightly nudge itself showing a sign that the Temple Guard is hiding behind it.
