The contestant must place one of three golden orbs on one of three pedestals to open the door into the Shrine of the Silver Monkey, the Room of Fallen Columns, the Observatory or the Holes of Python. The actuators were made inactive in this room and for the rest of the series. Trivia This is one of two rooms other than the entrance rooms and pit rooms which never featured an artifact hidden there. The other is the Room of Fallen Columns. Coincidentally, both are the shortest lived rooms throughout the entire run of the original series. Ron from The Treasure of Anne Bonny was able to hit the actuator to proceed and did not need to complete the objective as the camera cuts away when he enters the Shrine of the Silver Monkey and when he is exiting the temple the orbs are shown to still be on their shelves.
